Melanie, 36 years old, enjoys nature and sports –her dream with ROCK ‘n’ YOGA has come true and all her efforts in the las few years have been worthwhile. She appreciates the nature with all her senses, no matter whether it is exercising Yoga or climbing in the sun, cooking according to Ayurvedic style or gardening on her own field in Portugal. Melie is an allrounder, she worked in the field of communication for a long time, attended agricultural college, has already run her own gardening project and so on. In summer, she lives even more according to the principle of deceleration in Portugal and tries to serve the gusto of fresh vegetables and herbs on your plates with the help of 200 square metres of farmland.
